Jonas Helseth came from the Norwegian Delegation to the EU (where he worked on political questions related to transport, energy, environment and telecommunications) when he started working for Bellona Europa in 2010. He holds a double master’s degree in Baltic Sea/EU-Russia relations from the Universities in Turku (Finland) and Riga (Latvia), and a bachelor’s degree from the Universities in Trondheim and Freiburg (Germany). Jonas is the head of Bellona’s work on CCS combines with biomass (Bio-CCS) and CCS in other industries. He also leads two working groups in EUs technology platform on CCS (ZEP). Jonas has been Bellona Europa’s director since 2012
